There is one thing the photograph must contain, the humanity of the moment. This kind of photography is realism. But realism is not enough – there has to be vision, and the two together can make a good photograph.

I'm Carlo Magno, a photographer.

I am honing my craft and in so doing found that it is my passion.

I learn from other photographers by studying their works at the same time the works of painters and other visual artists, in return they inspire me a lot.

They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder and art is perceived in any which way it moves the emotions.

I create visuals that captures beauty and art, a period in time, a feeling, an emotion, a story, a dream and an imagination. I am assisted by people whom I meet randomly, strangers, and pose for my visions and imaginations, they are inexperienced and yet they bare their bodies and souls for me to capture the essence of who they truly are without or the minimal post-process on the subjects, and for that I am very much grateful.

It is my also dream of becoming a great photographer and travel the world, and I am in my journey to master the art.

I am from the Philippines and learned about photography quite late. But I believe there is no such thing as too late for someone who has the interest and the will to learn. I am also still in the process of learning about the many different themes in photography.
